Impact Day is an annual in-service day for Affinity staff nationwide. Employees concentrated in the tri-state area volunteer, as a group, at organizations local to our branches, while employees in other parts of the country were encouraged to volunteer in their own local communities. Impact Day furthers our mission to help the communities we serve beyond financial wellbeing, representing a key part of Affinity’s core philosophy of “people helping people”.
The impact we have as a partner in the communities we serve matters. Affinity’s mission and purpose is to forge a special place in the community, whether it be in close partnership with individuals, small businesses or local communities.
“Our commitment goes beyond conventional financial services, as we focus on the wellbeing of the communities we serve.” - Kevin Brauer, CEO
