Members Alliance Insurance, LLC is a subsidiary and affiliate of Affinity Federal Credit Union. At Members Alliance Insurance, LLC we do not sell your personal information to anyone. We collect, retain and use information about you so we can serve your financial needs and administer our account relationships with you. To the extent permitted by law, this information is shared with the Credit Union in accordance with strict internal standards and confidentiality policies. This allows us to offer you products and services appropriate to your needs.

We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive about you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, medical history, Social Security number and employer
- Information about your transactions with us, such as current and past claims information

In order to provide you with competitive products and services, we may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to affiliates and companies that perform services on our behalf and to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may also disclose information about you under circumstances as permitted or required by law. These disclosures typically include information to process transactions on your behalf, conduct our operations, respond to subpoenas, follow your instructions as you authorize or to protect the security of our financial records.
We may disclose your non-public personal information to the following types of third parties:
- Financial service providers, such as those that provide services to purchase life, health, property and casualty insurance (auto & homeowner's)
- Non-financial companies, such as medical exam facilities to determine eligibility for benefits
Except as permitted by law and already outlined in this policy statement, Members Alliance Insurance, LLC does not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers and former customers to anyone.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information. We require our employees to sign confidentiality agreements to maintain the privacy of your information.
