Members Alliance Insurance, LLC is a subsidiary and affiliate of Affinity Federal Credit Union. At Members Alliance Insurance, LLC we do not sell your personal information to anyone. To the extent permitted by law, this information is shared with the Credit Union in accordance with strict internal standards and confidentiality policies. This allows us to offer you products and services appropriate to your needs.

Information we receive about you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, medical history, Social Security number and employer
